Cancellation Policy: Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time result in a 50% session fee, and within 24 hours of the appointment time result in a 100% session fee.

If you've been affected by a motor vehicle accident, ICBC provides pre-approved coverage for twelve counselling sessions to customers within the first 12 weeks from the date of the crash. These sessions focus on rehabilitation, processing the emotional impacts of the accident, and reaching functional goals. We do direct billing to ICBC, and clients are charged $20 per session. Chandra offers a trauma-informed, strengths-based and client-centred approach to counselling youth and adults with a wide variety of concerns.
