We offer low-cost counselling with our Graduate Intern Counsellors, Katharina Bleinis and Jen Harvey. Jen is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and is accepting clients starting in January 2026.

Shelley Robinson, MA, RCC, CCC is accepting new clients for individual therapy and ICBC counselling.

Rahel Claman, MCP, RCC is accepting new clients for individual therapy.

Loretta (Lo) Laurin, MA, RCC is accepting new clients for couples counselling and individual therapy.

Shivani has a waitlist for new clients. She is available for professional consultations services for therapists, including EMDRIA approved consultations.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time result in a 50% session fee, and within 24 hours of the appointment time result in a 100% session fee.

Rahel is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#25688). She is passionate about supporting clients with trauma-related symptoms including intergenerational and religious trauma, self-criticism, relational and sexual issues, attachment wounds, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.

Rahel believes healing happens in relationship and that with safety and collaboration in the counselling space, clients can begin to move towards the growth and transformation they seek.

Rahel’s therapeutic approach is embodied, non-judgmental, and compassionate. While primarily informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), she also offers EMDR therapy, and somatic therapies. Jen Harvey is a Master’s-level Graduate Intern Counsellor providing low-cost counselling under the supervision of Clinical Director, Shivani Wells-Shaw. Jen is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with additional certifications in Relational Somatic Therapy and Focusing. Her training also includes Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems and Narrative Therapy. Additionally, movement, meditation and embodiment practices influence her approach. ​ Jen’s primary focus is supporting people as they find their way to greater nervous system regulation and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Distinct from traditional talk therapy, she offers an integrative experiential framework that emphasizes the present moment. While client stories are important, she will also attend to body-based narratives in order to expand resources and foster resilience.

Jen has worked in the field of wellness for almost a decade, primarily as a Registered Massage Therapist with a clinical focus on trauma-informed care. She has extensive experience supporting clients as they navigate complex health conditions, chronic illness and life transitions.
