Covid Self-Screening Screening: We are no longer sending out Covid screening surveys. Please email your therapist directly if you feel unwell, regardless of the severity of symptoms, or if you have tested positive for Covid within 10 days of your appointment. Your therapist may request that you reschedule or switch to a virtual appointment. Thank you for doing your part to keep our team safe and healthy.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time result in a 50% session fee, and within 24 hours of the appointment time result in a 100% session fee.

During this complimentary video consultation, our goal is to understand your needs and preferences and to match you with the right therapist on our team. Once you've been referred to a therapist, you can have a complimentary phone consultation with them to ensure it feels like a good fit before booking.

Nicole is a Graduate Intern Counsellor who has completed her Master’s practicum and is offering reduced-rate sessions until January 2024, while in the process of applying for registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She is currently offering reduced-rate EMDR sessions while training to be an EMDR clinician. 

Nicole is trained as both a clinical counsellor and a yoga therapist. Her approach combines existentialist, humanistic, narrative, and somatic therapies, with a focus on empowering her clients to live more connected and embodied lives. 

Nicole has over a decade of experience bringing a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach to her work. She has experience supporting those recovering from sexual assault, providing culturally competent services for first responders and public safety personnel, and walking alongside trauma survivors impacted by systemic violence and oppression.
